Only if the contract is fully paid up and the phone is unlocked. If you're still making monthly payments, the phone technically belongs to the carrier and we can't take it. Once you've paid off the device, your carrier can unlock it for free or a small fee — then book a buy-back.

Working phones are wiped, refurbished if needed, and resold locally with a 30-day Prolific warranty, only against manufacturing defects. Phones beyond repair are parted out — screens, batteries, cameras and boards go into our repair pipeline for customers who need a part rather than a new device.
